About Ingrid Halvorsen
Ingrid started this site after noticing that almost every complaint about a subscription — any subscription, not only this kind — traces back to one moment. Nobody spelled out what was being agreed to, or how it ends. The price is usually the least confusing part of it.
Every page is edited against two questions. Does a reader finish it knowing precisely what twelve months commits them to, and does it say in plain words what happens when they want out? A draft that answers only the first one comes back.
The ground this name signs for
Kept narrow on purpose. Anything sitting inside the boundary below goes out under Ingrid. Anything outside it is handed to whoever owns that beat, rather than this name being pushed onto ground it does not know.

Before anything goes out under this name
Four tests, applied while a piece is still a draft. First: is the length of the commitment stated outright? Second: does the ending get as much attention as the opening — what stops, and on which date? Third: does the refund position appear ahead of a term rather than once one has already started? Fourth: is there a sentence acknowledging that we are the people selling what the page describes? Miss one and it goes back. Spotted an error carrying this byline? Two things are needed: which page, and which sentence. Both go to support@iptvsubscribe.eu, or to WhatsApp or Telegram where a message beats an email. Whatever gets fixed is fixed in place, on the page that was wrong, and never logged quietly somewhere else.
